Garlic & Cheese Biscuits

2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder
As much garlic powder as you can stand
5 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 cup of milk (any kind, dairy or non)
1-2 cups of cheese

Preheat your oven to 400F.

Mix flour, salt, immense amounts of garlic powder and baking powder together in a  medium bowl.

Use a knife to slice off tiny slices of butter and drop it into the flour mixture until all butter is used. Mix it up with your hands until it resembles a crummy mixture.

Add the milk and cheese and stir until just combined. It should look messy and floury and not quite mixed enough.

Use parchment paper, or grease a baking sheet. Divide dough into about 10 pieces and drop lazily onto the baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tops are slightly browned. Let set for about 5 mins before serving.
